Events

At Beverly Hills North Public School, events bring learning to life and strengthen our inclusive school culture, helping students build confidence, form friendships and celebrate their achievements with pride.

Our school events may include orientation days, sports carnivals, school tours, Harmony Week and Book Week celebrations, excursions and incursions, fundraising and community events, award assemblies, and milestone celebrations such as graduations.

These experiences also provide meaningful opportunities for families to be involved in school life and share in their child’s learning journey.

Book Week

Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week, including dress-up days, author studies and classroom-based literacy events that inspire imagination, engagement and a lifelong enjoyment of books.

Easter Hat Parade

Our students proudly showcase their creativity and festive spirit at our much-loved annual Easter Hat Parade. Each year, students design and decorate unique Easter hats, bringing imagination, colour and fun to life while celebrating community, creativity and joyful participation across the school.

Harmony day

At Beverly Hills North Public School, Harmony Day is a celebration of the rich diversity within our community and the importance of inclusivity. Students engage in activities that promote respect, understanding and connection, embracing the many cultures, languages and traditions that make our school unique while strengthening a welcoming and harmonious environment.

Colour Run
Our biannual school community Colour Run brings students and staff together for a vibrant, fun-filled event. Participants enthusiastically engage in activities while celebrating school spirit and connection. It also serves as a successful fundraising initiative, with funds raised directly supporting enhanced programs and resources for our students.

Swimming Carnival
Our annual Years 3–6 Swimming Carnival is more than a fun day in the pool – it’s an opportunity for every student to participate, challenge themselves and celebrate school spirit. It also provides a chance to demonstrate and extend abilities in a supportive, competitive environment.

K–6 Athletics Carnival
Our annual K–6 Athletics Carnival brings students together to participate in a range of track and field events. It promotes fitness, teamwork and school spirit, while giving students opportunities to demonstrate and extend their abilities in a supportive, competitive environment.
